CHARTER COMMUNICATIONS NO LONGER CARRY WIFI PROBLEM? THEY
FORGOT TO TELL THEIR CUSTOMERS. I HAD TWO TECHNICIANS COME TO
MY HOUSE AS MY LAPTOP KEPT TURNING OFF. INSTEAD OF JUST A MODEM
THEY ALSO BROUGHT A BROWSER. BEING A 74 YR OLD WOMAN I ACCEPTED
THEIR REASON THAT IT WOULD MAKE THE INTERNET WORK BETTER.
ONE MONTH LATER I HAD NO POWER TO MY LAPTOP AND WHEN I CALLED
CHARTER, THEY BASICALLY TOLD ME IT WAS NOT THEIR PROBLEM SINCE
THE ROUTER BELONGED TO ME. EXCUSE ME,I DON'T REMEMBER BUYING
A ROUTER WITH A PASSWORD THAT WAS NOT BEING ACCEPTED.
CHARTER TOLD ME TO GO BUY A NEW ONE, HELLO, AREN'T YOU MY CABLE
CARRIER BEING PAID BY ME FROM MY PIDDLING SOCIAL SECURITY.
IT IS CLEARLY A CASE OF BAIT & SWITCH. I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER
FOR MANY YEARS AND DESERVE BETTER TREATMENT.
