Saw ads on line that they were an authorized Microsoft company and could speed up my computer for 29.95,and I contacted them and gave them access to my computer. Instead they wanted to sell me goods/services that totalled $255. I could smell scam, asked for a refund and wanted them to end remote access to my computer which they did not want to do and instead transfered me to a couple of more people. At my insistence they released my computer but left it in safe mode which I could not remove. So far, no refund.
