I have been scammed by this company just as many other people. I placed an order on line for a special trial of two face creams for $4.94 each. Noticed I was getting several charges on my debt card. Call on 5/9/2013 the company and spoke to a sales person (Ryan Cooper) with an Indian accent informed him the boxes had not been open and I wanted a full refund he refused to give me a refund. He informed me I could not get a refund, because it was part of the agreement, which I did not see any agreement to pay $99 after 14 days. I didn’t even have the 14 days to try the cream. I asked to speak to a manager and was told there was no manager available. Request to have everything that had to do with order and company canceled and hang up the phone. Started searching the company website and noticed many people have already complaint about this company (wish I would have done my homework). On 5/22/2013 noticed another withdrawal of $105.95. Call again and spoke with Ryan, again and this time a supervisor by the name of Mike Brown, mentioned I had canceled this order for both products on 5/9, why was I getting charged again? He told me it was not their company, but they manage both product lines. He said he would go back and here the recording on my call. I said please do and Informed him I was going to file a complaint with the State Attorney office now. He mention once he hears the phone conversation he would call me back in 30 minutes, to refund me only $79, because there is a shipping cost of $6.95 and a restock fee of $20. No call back, so I called and was told Mike, had not called me back because he had work to do….and was informed now I was only getting a partial refund half of what I was changed a onetime refund only. They have withdrawal a total of $345. 49 plus $30 of NSF fee leaving me with a grand total of $375.49. I want them to give me a full refund of every penny they withdrawal from my account; I do not want the cream. This is a scam and needs to be stopped. Thank you for your time. AR
