I was contacted by phone early May saying they were from Microsoft & my computer had viruses not able to be seen by my anti-virus program. They were very convincing, very insistent, very Indian & with American names & before I knew it I had paid them $300 for a lifetime of computer fixes. 2 weeks later I had another call from them starting out the exact same way & when I said I had already paid them to keep this from happening they changed their tune real quick & assured me I was getting a refund, instead they took another $100 from my account plus a $3 international service fee twice.
