This company perpetrates FRAUD AND MISREPRESENTATION. Their contract states that I will get two nights in a hotel and airfare if I follow the directions on the contract and pay a minimal fee. I paid the necessary fees and even when I messed up and didn't send the paperwork certified mail they made me pay an additional $60.00 to complete my side of the contract. When we called the travel specialist, Dan, he did not respond about the booking of our trip per the contract. After several phone calls he told us that "He could not do the trip and would be sending a refund." We only received a partial refund of $98.00 when we actually paid $150.00. This company must be stopped from defrauding consumers and taking their money under false pretenses. I will be filing small claims against this company however due the fraudulent actions of this company the Attorney General needs to shut them down. The travel specialist Dan did speak with my fiancé who is a senior citizen and therefore elder abuse may apply in addition to the breach of contract, fraud,misrepresentation causes of actions. Just like the other complaint filed by Ramona I incurred the same damages and therefore a need is to alert the public to not use this company. They are a fraud.
