I had 2 charges of $30 deducted from my checking account from this company that I did not authorize. I emailed them and called, but the call went to a busy signal when they said, hold on to transfer me to someone. I want this to stop.

- I am having the same issues with this company,I'm at a loss in stopping the deductions due to not being able to reach anyone,really aggravating!!
