I called for help with a laptop and was told I could pay 99.99 for one month of help or more for a year. I opted for the month. When I called again with another problem they told me I had to get rid of McAfee and put their protection on, for 99.99 that I could get a refund on, but I could only submit the rebate after three months and then have to wait to get the refund, like at least six weeks or something like that. I called one day before the month expired for them to install their protection on another laptop and then noticed I got charged 19.99 for that. I called complaining about that charge, when the month was not up and was told that that would be a recurring charge and that I should send back my rebate now and they would give me the rebate if I got a yearly contract for $150.00. Everything they told me from the beginning was obviously lies and scams to get my money and it continues and they change their story at will. They finally told me they will cancel the "contract", which I never got. I might have to change my credit card number on these people
