I bought a kitchen from this company , and only got half the kitchen .. I have been ringing the the number 01616694780 .i get to talk to a person for about 5seconds and get put on hold. After a 45 minute wait I talk to customer services and put on hold again , then the tell me they have never heard of me , now they just put the phone down on me ,or leave me on hold till the line goes dead. I still only have half a kitchen .. My mother as had the same problem after paying £2500. For her kitchen ,, I want the rest of my kitchen or my money back . The people on the customer services are so rude to people ...

- Hello. Have you ad any joy with getting money back? I've had a similar problem. Nothing fitted together. Had t buy new kitchen from good old b&q. Did you have a guy called Paul design for you?
