Man gave name as Paul. Gave terms of 196.00/mo. on a $2000.00 unsecured loan. To insure you could make the payments they needed proof. They had you buy a reloadable GREEN DOT card, then call them back with the card information so they could verify the money. They would then put this money back into the loan and send a wire to your bank. No wire shows in the account so I called back and was told the wire transfer was halted by the F.T.C, and that a payment of $185.00, PAYABLE TO THEIR REP., was needed to pay a fine of some sort. Tried to get my money back, but was told they lost their money when it was frozen and they would not do anything. They hung-up on me and now I must turn to other sources for a recovery(hopefully)! Both the wife and I are on disability, in our 60's, and this lose HURTS!! (202)241-5583
