This Dealership is horrible!!!!! Dont buy a car from Willis / Davis/Honda. Buyer Beware. Buyer Beware. (Caveat Emptor) They failed to honor the sale price on the sticker price which I have in my possession and I am sending it to the New Jersey Attorney General. On 3/23/13, I purchased a 1998 honda accord. I had been in the market for an inexpensive reliable car for several months because my car died and my truck was on its last leg. I met with Salesman Mike Driscoll early that Saturday morning and he gave me several sets of keys and let me evaluate several cars. I found the 1998 honda which had a sticker price of $2395.00. When I told Mike I wanted the car he said dont forget you have to add the sales tax and the tags and title fee. So I figured that I would add about $400.00 to the $2395.00 for a total Price of $2795.00.

I spent the whole day in the dealereship becasue Mike obtained two other customers while waiting on me and he ran between the three of us. I called my insurance company and added the car and made arrangements with my girlfriend to meet me at my house to return me to Willis Honda in Burilington NJ to pick up the Honda I purchased. When Mike finally sat down with me he dropped the bomb on me, "Documents Fee" I questioned the documents fee and he indicated that all customers at Willis Honda pays documents fees. He told me to add another $400.00. I asked to speak to the sales manger but he never came out. Mike never gave me an offical document.Mike wrote an estimated cost on scrap paper. Mike then became engrossed with other customers and sent an associate over who went over the numbers with me. I ended up paying $3525.00 becasue I was desperate for a reliable car. When I finally obtained the sales document ,it indicated that the unit price of the casr was $2901.00. which wasnt even the original price of the car as per the sticker price. The Sticker price had a slash through the original price $2895.00 price and a sales price of $2395.00. When I pointed this out to the sales manager he basic told me that too bad. I have filed complaints with the better business bureau and the New Jersey Attorney General. I will contact all of their advertisers and the newspapers and express my feelings about this horrible dealership.
