I am sorry that I forgot to include the voucher number with my 1st request for assistance in the quick resolution to my problem.
JKNIGHT-627604-384782-1001
I tried to scan a copy of the voucher I printed off but was unable to do so.
“Redeem at the following location(s)
ID# 2084197177”
Then when they listed what was included for the $79
“For hours of House Cleaning
Redemption code: (above voucher #)
Order date, March 26, Valid March 23-June 30, 2013”
Lists that they will clean for 4 hours, bringing supplies, and then it says “Idaho Falls Only” , one per person, no cash value, etc etc
Gives this # to redeem 206 (maybe 8)4198-7177 (I did not call it as I understood it not to be applicable in my case.) When I printed off the voucher I realized that it was good for Idaho residents only!
I know that I sent them and KSL a refund request but can’t seem to find a copy of it.
Thanks for any help in receiving my money back. I no longer trust KSL vouchers for the main reason that it has happened before but with smaller amounts and I did not spend time to fight.
Best,
June Knight
