Identical to all reports I read. The same pattern. False advertising, inability to contact because they don't want you to (if you do then it is only at our cost by telephone), chat line is totally false and they are unable to provide service other than lying. They supply a fraudulent UK address which is now currently being investigated, false promise of delivery. Product in 3 broken parts. Wrong shade. Not one part fit.
I bought by phone after reading their claim of service, delivery timing, and product production excellence and specification. This has proved beyond doubt to be a fraudulent front. It is not a real company.
They are very clever each step of the way.
What angers me most is their ability to be allowed to continuously get away with this when so many of us have proof.
