I was unaware that this was a "membership". I emailed to discontinue "membership" on May 25. I was immediately sent a return email stating to contact Customer Support by phone 9AM-5PM CST (Monday-Friday). I called on May 28 after a holiday weekend. I looked on my credit card and was billed $9.47 on May 28. I talked to a Mike Jacobs on May 29 and he would not credit my account. He said the card was credited on May 25 and could not refund. Said he was a supervisor. I am extremely unhappy. Ann
