Boots were purchased from this internet site on 2/26/2013. I received an email confirmation from WonShirley in Customer Service with the following order number 2013022607585243623 and was told to expect them in 7-10 working days. My credit card was charged by merchant "ICHINA COM NOBLE PARK" for $141.43 plus a Foreign Transaction Fee of $4.24. I emailed on March 18, 2013, April 3, 2013 and was told "be patient, they will arrive soon". On April 4, 2013 I requested a refund as it was obvious I was not going to get the product. To date I have not received the product or a refund.
