I believed I was using USPS to forward my mail online. Instead I was totally scammed by this company. I thought it was weird that I hadn't gotten my mail forwarded yet so I called the post office and they had never heard of this company before. They allege that they work with USPS but THIS IS FALSE!
Even if they were to provide a service both my mailboxes are locked and there is no way that they could access my mail. This not only cost me 20.00, but who knows how much mail is lost now including MY PAYCHECKS! The police need to shut this down for lying to customers about being affiliated with the post office. Just disgusting.
