I made an order of 12 items from this factory with the sales manager Mr. Alva Aill and he was supposed to send me item of them to my office in Guangzhou and he already send it but he send me wrong model with lower specifications and the other 11 items was suppose to be deliver to Yiwu a month ago and he didn't send it to me untill now and h didn't answer any of my calls or emails
