Ordered a trial of a dead sea beauty kit at £3.95 plus £2.95 postage and packing at beginning of May. Arrived but then but then on 28th May a further £97.95 was taken from my account to pay the full price for this kit without my permission.If the products that arrived were full size I would hate to see a smaller one. Apparently I should have cancelled my order and returned any unused product within 14 days.Although a website address was given I could not access it even now and only got their telephone number from my bank.On contacting them they did not want to know and refused a refund.
