I tried to order a Swarovski Citra Sphere - white, metal watch from this website, but after processing the order I received an error and no confirmation or email confirmation, so I thought the order had a failed. A few days later I noticed that GBP 132 have been withdrawn from my bank account. Finally today (30/05/13) an item arrived in the post, which is a fake item, but guess what it isn't even a fake Swarovski item, it's a fake Cartier! What a complete scam, and they have just ignored the three emails I've sent.
