This is suppose to be a place where family members who are incarcerated can call homme at a cheaper price. It didnot work with my son, Chris D. Howard. I bought a years plan because it was a money back garantee on any unused minutes. It did not work at all. I have called them several times for a refund with no luck at all. I need this money. My husband is hospitazized right now and I could used this money. Please help.
