This company charged my account for the amount of 89.00 when I never authorized them to debit my account. I never even completed the form!!. Thanks to a previous post that provides the number I WILL be calling them today to get these charges taken care of. Thanks to them my account is now in overdraft.

I ended up doing a dispute through my bank and my money was deposited the next day
