States it's a free trial.you pay for shipping and handling for 4.95.when you receive package with the product (do not open) leave package intact.as you read the paperwork it says''besides your monthly refill of 99.00 on your credit card) what. !!!!! Did not order refill.so they say if you don't want this product call 888994 5438.be prepared to stay on line for 1/2 to 1 hr.in order to send back the package has to be untouchable,get RMA number to put on front of package your returning .you must and I mean must return it within that month or your card will be billed monthly at 99.00..you may want to call your bank and cancel your card.your refund of 4.95 goes to post office for s&h not you.make sure you get RMA no and write it on front of envelope and mail to: lift vapor return.1120 w butler rd. Unit J Greenville,SouthCarolina .make sure you call customer service first at 1 888 9945438 to get RMA no than mail that sucker back.it's a scam.shame on them for false advertising.call your bank too! They gave my back a different no that was disconnected.the one nice thing about it was a girl named Lacey at customer service.she professional,kind and helpful otherwise the company is a big scam.it also is named by different logo's....thank you.
