Yellow-Pages-America.com sent us paperwork that appeared to be simply requesting updated information. Our assistant manager, who was new to the job was given the form to fill out and fax, which he did on August 7th, 2012. We heard no response, and had no contact with the company until just over nine months later when we received a letter dated 04/17/2013 stating that we had ignored previous requests for payment when we had received none. They threaten to turn us into a debt collection company and add legal fees to our account balance, and insist that we owe them a balance of $1,408.00 . I have been fighting this ever since, writing letters back and forth with them because we are refusing to pay.
