Virgin Gaming launched a brand new app and Challenge series on April 9th. It was a month long tournament giving cash on a daily basis to the person who won the most games and the person who played the most games. Over this month I accumulated 1,550$. I played for about 20 hours a day for about a month straight. The day after I was credited with a 900$ bonus for being the Monthly winner ( I have photo's of them advertising my name as number 1 on facebook)I was locked out of my account. I wrote a support ticket asking them what the problem was? they told me that because I had made another account years ago. They told me it was no big deal and they will delete the old account and I was free to sign in. Well I couldn't sign in. I was still locked out. For a month straight I emailed , and they replied with robot like responses. Finally on 5/29 they sent me an email telling me I have been banned for not asking permission to create a second account. The account I used for this Tournament is the same account they had no problem taking a 100$ from last summer. I hope someone can help me
Thank you.
