I bought the lipo slim and natural cleanse paid for the shipping for the free sample and did not order any so would like to know why I was charged £79.98 & £79.99 when you did not have permission to charge this to my card. I expect a refund. I have sent a cancellation on your support customer service.

I have now put this situation in the hands of my credit card people so please cancel any investigation. Thank you for your assistance.

Many of us have been scammed by this company. I finally got charges reversed, but it took a lot of effort. Still ended up paying shipping charges for the "free trial" which never arrived.
