To whom it may concern,
We (Andrew Jager & Nicole Villemaire)decide to go with "Comwave.net" for phone & internet services on May 06, 2013...
On May 07,2013, we cancelled everything because my phone was not working properly: I mean when it's ring, it does not ring in all the other rooms and we did not like that when we find it out on May 07, 2013, we cancelled everything...
We only gave them the permission to charge $70.06 on the credit card. Now, On May 06, they charged on our credit card a bill of $5.64 for the phone which was suppose to be free for 6 months. On that bill, they charge for a second line which I told them we did not want...
On May 7, another charge of $56.50 because they said I miss an appointment with a technician who did not call the office to open the gated area we live in and I did not have my new phone working yet...But, I was home all day trying to install that phone and internet.
On May 07, they also charge $54.18 for a month of internet which I used less then 24 hours...
Also, I returned all their equipments, they received it on May 15,2013 and Karen Varty sign for it...But, we are still waiting for a $50.00 refund for this...They also transfer my phone number from Cogeco to them on May 16, even if I told them on May 7 to stop the transfer...
Now, I had to get a different phone # from Cogeco because Comwave want anothe $50.00 to reverse the transfer...
I kept my email correspondances with them if you do need it...
So far i did not get any refunds I was asking for.
