This company portrays itself to be the USPS (United States Postal Service) and prompts you for all your information. It claims to have your address information updated and mail forwarded within 3 days for a nominal fee of $1.00. The company not only charges your card $20.00 but doesn't even process the change of address. Called Post office a week later and they confirmed that my address info hadn't been updated and had to pay them $1.00 to get it done immediately (not 3 days). I disputed the charge with my bank and looks like I'm getting my money back
