The certificate page has a footnote S100-12-AUS-CAN-ROW-ZA, indicating that they may operate in many countries.

The person the following letter was addressed to has passed away, so it is unknown what amount has already been spent on this scam.

The target seems elderly person who is in need of money and are attracted to these scams.
