I purchased 2 pairs of Toms shoes, after being assured by the company that they were genuine Toms. I received 2 pairs of counterfeit, poor quality shoes. Furthermore, they did not send the correct size. When I emailed they told me to take a picture, and I did. However, they refused to do anything about their mistake, other than offer me a 10% discount on my next order, and kept stating "we will suffer great losses."
