I was not given the website address at time of purchasing my holiday so was not aware that I could not receive my money back within 30 days of deposit, I was very excited that I was given the opportunty to be able to have a holiday of a lifetime and was not thinking of a refund at that time.
If we were given ALL THE INFORMATION regarding EXTRA costs, we could have made an informed decision there and then and not be so upset by this.

I rang the toll free number on Saturday 1st June, Australian time, to enquire where my paperwork was, having been told it would be sent to me within 15 - 20 business days.
I was still excited about my holiday to be.

I was finally given the web address to read the welcome letter and after looking at the letter and all the extra charges,that I was never told about, I request a refund for my money.
I am disgusted by your lack of conscience and work ethics.
Had I been given the web address at holiday purchase time and not a pack of misleading information,I would have requested my money be refunded long before this. After reading all the complaints about your company,I cannot believe that people can be so dishonest taking money from people who work very hard to get enough money to be able to go on a holiday only to be ripped off.
Have you no shame !!!!

What we thought would be a reasonably priced holiday ,is a holiday we can't afford now, so we will never be able to tell our friends what a great place America is,
