Order flowers online on the 8th May for delivery the Tuesday after Mothers Day (for mum). Delivery didn't arrive on anticipated date, it was only when I called that they told me it would have to wait until the following Tuesday (as they only delivered to Bourke NSW on this day)... Waited a further 2 weeks, left over half a dozen messages with nothing returned, it was only after spending almost an hour on the phone calling through that I FINALLY spoke to someone who me they would launch an investigation with the courier. A few days later (and over three weeks after my order was lodged) they told me that they were going to issue a refund... No apology for the delayed Mother's Day gift.
Try are hard to contact, and the quality of flowers is not the best. I ordered over $500 with them over a period of a few months, and vow never to use them again.
