I purchased a box set of the complete series of "The Virginian". Received an official receipt stating 4-6 weeks delivery to Australia. When estimated time of arrival came and past I attempted to contact the Support email, only to have my email bounce back as undelivereble. The full amount has been deducted from my bank account within 2 days of my ordering and I would assess is now unrecoverable. Very disappointed and angry to have been taken in now that I am aware of the numerous other complaints.
