I noticed on my father's checking bank statement yesterday that there was $30.00 deducted on 5/8/2013 and then again $30.00 on 5/28/2013. I had noticed $30.00 being taking out each month since February 2013. I thought it was the bank's monthly handling account fee. I talked to our bank customer service rep. this morning and she found that this company was indeed taking $30.00 over several months without any authorization. My father nor do I have any loans. We are having to set up a new checking. She gave me their number I called it...of course a recording came on.."due to large amount of calls we are unable to take your call at this time!" Right...you will never ever get through. The bank is disputing all withdrawals of $30.00 and will file criminal action against this scam so called loan company. I would definitely go over all bank statements with a fine tooth comb to and any online accounts you may have. This is very scary....how did they obtain my father's bank account numbers?
