In February 2013 I accepted a free sample of Collagen, and all I had to pay for was the postage of £4.95 which I paid for with my credit card. I received a very small bottle and I thought that was the end of it. There was no T/C's visible, so I did not agree to anything else. In March I noticed an amount of £97.82 was taken from my account. I contacted my bank immediately, but it is now June and I have not recovered my money.
