This so-called jewellery store told us they can do the job we asked for, asked for 4500$ deposit (for a 10 000$ job) and refused to give a receipt.. they also asked us to hand our metals for the job.. 3 months later, nothing was done and when we asked for our metals back, they refused before we signed a release protecting them from sewing them. They also made up an invoice billing us for 4500$... they didn't do any work whatsoever and we had no choice to pay. That day they had hired a 6"5 bully to make sure we would not try a fight.
