I googled usps mail forwarding and their link showed up with a usps trademark and never having filed for mail forwarding online i thought this looked like the official route. i didnt see the amount i would be charged and knew there was a processing fee so i went through the entire process expecting that the fee amount would present itself, however the credit card information was entered already. when the transaction was processed i received a receipt but it still did not list the price. i then called to figure out why and was told i was charged 19.95 as a one time fee and when i told them i made a mistake and wanted to cancel the service i was told they could only issue a $10 refund, thus keeping my $9.95. i escalated the call as far as i could and was never told that i could be issued an official receipt for the refund or the money spent on my credit card. They understand exactly how they are taking money from individuals and the sad part is that they offer a convenient service for individuals that intended to use their service.
