We have found that my son who is only 17 had an account opened in his name as some kind of prank, we have only just realised that in April, may and June a payment of £39:95 and £9:95 were made each month. Barclays Bank were in contact with them today and the account as been closed and a refund of £39:95 offered, but this was not the amount taken which is £140. This is a underaged account and the person has no Internet access so the factacts.com account has never even been viewd. Please help.
