International boundaries
Placed an order for a small storage shed to be built and delivered. They signed a contract, took a deposit and promised delivery in 4 weeks. It has now been 2 months, have been "rescheduled" six times and now they are not returning calls. Theft, fraud, breach of contract and can probably make a case for conspiracy as well since the whole family's involved.
Update: 06/12/2013
Called today and said they'd deliver "soon" and that they'd call a day in advance for directions. Would not give a definite date. Not holding my breath
Update: 06/27/2013
Left message 6/19, no reply. Again 6/26. Message returned, promising delivery "before the fourth", and to call for directions one day before. Same old song. We will see.
