they are very quick to take a deposit from you. as soon as they have your deposit they will keep changing the fare quote so that you get absolutely frustrated that you loose your deposit. I was quoted a fare of £605 to Baltimore from London Heathrow on British airways by agent David. 5 minutes later he called to say the fare has gone up to £655. because he has my deposit of £100 he felt he could keep increasing the fare as much as he likes. his colleague quoted £625 when i called back on their general line another 5 minutes later, if i had to book with his colleague i will have to give another deposit and loose the deposit i gave to David as they do not work as a team but as individuals.Please do not fall into the same trap i have just fallen. I am amazed to see complaints against this company, as my experience of availing a holiday package was simply great and smooth.
I traveled to Lagos from Heathrow, with my wife and 2 children and total fare of flight with Virgin Atlantic was 3385? pounds. I booked the flight for July 12 but later on due to some work issues, I had to delay it and the new travelling date was August 6. The agent 'Jennifer'was very co-operative and she charged me an extra 150 pounds according to the air line policy and we were good to go. I will definitely be travelling with them again! -
