When I clicked on it there was a product Garcinia Cambogia explanation with an excerpt from the Dr. Oz show talking about this product with another doctor. I clicked on "Click here for a free bottle". Then information was requested "so we know where to send the free bottle". There was a list of Gar. Cam. options to buy. I only wanted the free bottle but an order for 5 bottles was charged to me for $159. I put credit card info on because I thought they were going to charge me for shipping the free bottle. Then a page appeared with an order# for $159 charged to my Visa. Also it stated "by ordering this product you agree to be enrolled in YourTrimTrainer.com." After 30 days a charge of $9.47 will be charged monthly. There was no mention of this nor was there an order page showing product order and price before the order could be accepted by the customer and submitted. This website is set up to trick people into ordering by thinking they're going to get a free bottle.When I called the Customer Service number to cancel the order, I was told I couldn't cancel it and I would have to return the product within 30 days of ordering after paying $5.95/bottle restocking fees plus shipping.This company is fraudulent. I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Customer Service could not give me the name of the company.I had to cancel my Visa charge and file a dispute re: the$159 charge.
My friend said he didn't send me that email but he had a computer "bug" which he got fixed. This company is hacking into personal computers to get lists of emails from people.
I am contacting my sheriff's dept. re: Business scams to see what they recommend.
