I was changing cellular services. I called AT&T on 05/29/2013. I placed a order for two phones. I was to receive the phones in 3 days, phones and shipping total $226.93. When the phones did not come, I called AT&T. They said there was a problem with keeping one of my old numbers. That is why they did not ship my phones. We were going out of town on 06/05/2013 for a week, and needed the phones. They took the funds out of my account on 06/03/2013. We just went to Walmart and brought go phones. I called AT&T on 06/03/2013, they said they could ship the phones and I would get them on 06/06/2013. I told them to cancel the order, and put my funds back into my account. They said it would be 24 to 48 hours. I called AT&T back on 06/07/2013, and spoke with a supervisor Jenny Jenkins. She said they needed my banks fax number, it was 6:00 pm bank closed. I called AT&T back on 06/10/2013 with the fax number. Today 06/13/2013 still no funds in my account.
