I was having issues with my yahoo email account and at the request of Yahoo told to contact MAXpc Support. Maxpc support told me my email had been compromised and that I needed to have my computer files cleaned etc. From their accent I assumed they were from India. I did pay the $99.95 and later found out that my email was not compromised and I had been scammed by these so called techs at MAXpc Support. I did call for my money back and if I do not get reimbursed I will submit a dispute with my credit card company and contact the BBB to alert them of this scam as well as Yahoo.
