A worker named Robert is a liar. I am fine with going to court with this. Robert came because we had a problem with the dishwasher. With his computer he said we needed a new heater. He estimated that the heater will cost $122.22 and with the work we would need to pay $356.84. I called the company for my dishwasher and they sent me a heater for $51.31 and that was the 1st lie. I changed the old heater with the new heater, and it turns out that the old one worked fine. The resistance of the heater was the same. He tried to trick me into buying and getting the work done for $356.84. For his false estimate I paid him $86.15. That was the second lie. In the end I paid $86.15 fpr the estimate, $51.31 for the new heater, and $100 for the work. And that total was $237.46. I want the company to return all the money I lost, and the worker to get in trouble for his lies.
