I got caught by this one too. I got the free trial and then 21 days later my bank account was debited with £79.99 and £79.98. I phoned my bank to stop the payments and they told me it had been set up as a recurring payment so this was presumably going to go out of the account monthly. I phoned the company and they told me I had entered into a contract after 21 days. I told them I had done no such thing and I was going to report them to trading standards. They then offered to let me have the products half price! When I insisted that unless I had a full refund I was going to report them, they agreed to give me a full refund. I think that they have been told to hold out but if the customer insists then to give a refund in order to avoid being reported so do insist on a full refund!
