Submitted a request for a free sample. Was asked bank details for postage and then had postage taken and later had £98 46 taken. I would like to make sure no further amounts are taken and if possible have my money refunded. When the goods arrived I did think the 'free' samples were rather generous so I've obviously not received any samples, just goods and been charged for therm.
