For 6 month's they have been taking out 30.00 for a loan I didn't even ask for nor took advantage of. I'm on social security and only get paid once a month and it's not on the 14th. I had it investigated once and got 30.00 just for them to take it again the next week. I hate to close my account buying new checks and all the calls but may have to. The email address doesn't work and the phone number just hangs up on you after getting voicemail instructions. This is so unfair!
