Purchased rubberized hard plastic phone cover received it & it is not rubberized its just hard plastic, Artisan Deco Store does not want to refund my complete purchase price including shipping. Their misleading description of the phone cover justifies a complete refund including shipping !!! Also I do not have a printer, so their gonna have to mail me a return shipping label. Thank You!
