The rep that called me from Clear view, tricked me into switching my electric supplier. She said my rate so lower, which is was not. Because I switch my regular provide changed my rates and billed my back 4 months for 2 accounts. So I called Clear view to cancel my account, which she said was not on my bill yet and I had to pay a cancellation fee for each month left on the contract for both account. I had only had it for 6 days. Needless to say this company to RUDE and TRICKY, she yelled at me (poor customer service) and still wanted change my a higher rate after I was told it was half my current rate.
