Comany operates under Bainbridge and Knight, it is a scam. I had the same circumstances as everyone else. Signed up for a free trial, automatically was added to the monthly distribution with a charge of $94. I am furious and called to cancel the automatic shipment but they refused to refund the automatic program fee of $94. I supposedly am getting back $94 for the second batch they sent me and that is it. This is a complete scam. I've looked at the website and there is nothing that talks to the automatic renewal. I'd like to go back through the 'get a free sample' promotion sign up just to see where this supposed 'automtic shipment' notification actually is. I am livid.
