I'm 64yrs old,hearing impaired in a wheel chair.I been calling for repairs since I moved in.None has been done.I pay my rent every month on time yet no repairs.I live alone. Right now m dinind room ceiling leaking and wall is messed up.My wall by A/C unit has a hole been calling and sending letters for repairs. Please I need some help I cant get any service.Please Im hearing impaired, in a wheeh chair
