TRUGREEN PARKED TRUCK IN FRONT YARD WHERRE CHEMICAL SPILLAGE HAPPENED. THIS KILLED A SPOT OF GRASS APPROX. 4' X 3' NEXT TO ROAD.
THEY CAME BACK AND SPREAD A FEW GRASS SEEDS. NOT ONE OF THESE SEEDS HAVE COME UP. NO FERTILIZER, NO RAKING, NO STRAW AFTER MANY PHONE CALLS AND PROMISES OF A MANAGER CONTACTING ME, NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE IN ALMOST 6 WEEKS, THOUGH MANY PROMISES HAVE BEEN MADE. IT IS VERY CLEAR, BY THEIR LACK OF RESPONSE THEY HAVE NO INTENTION OF CORRECTING THEIR MESS. I WANT A TOP LEVEL MANAGER AT MY HOME TO INSPECT THE DAMAGE AND THEN TO PROPWRLY REPAIR SAID DAMAGE. IF THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO YOUR CONTACT, CIVIL COURT WILL BE MY NEXT STOP.
